RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Reached Kyiv only in 20 days. Bigger case, than I expected, contains usb-out and micro-USB input (thanks God 2023 falls and we still should use it) under big rubber cover. Of course, another great idea to make upper cover of mirror plastic... Have no device to measure capacity of power bank, hope it matches to description. Connection was very simple and fast, both ears connect the same moment. Touch works at both, not clearly, but works. Ambuchures and overall shapes seems not comfortable, I should try another pair. Sound is not so clear and bass is flat, as in Samsung Buds 2 and even Haylou GT3, which I can compare to, sounds much better. So, this product is controversial, I can't recommend it now. Maybe, I'll change my opinion in future. But the store is quite good.
